Coastal luxury without the gulf front pricing. It is located directly across the street from the Gulf with a large pool and outdoor area. Surf Drive is a short unique street in PCB. It is only a mile long so there is not much traffic. This house is in an upscale area with many large gulf front houses within the block. This beautiful home was completely updated in 2024 and 2025. The large pool area is a great place to hang out and enjoy being at the beach. The whole pool area has stone pavers with many tables and chairs. There is both a pool and hot tub. A vinyl fence surrounds the house. 
All of the ceilings are shiplap and all of the flooring is LVP.  It is completely furnished and rental ready. It is a corner lot with stone pavers. Parking will never be a problem as there is parking in front of the house as well as the side. It is a very short walk to either beach walk 19 or 20. You can be on the sand within a couple of minutes from the driveway. There is a large master bedroom with a large closet that can be used to put a port-a-crib for small children. A new AC was installed in addition to the other updates.  The kitchen, family room and dining room make for a very large open area for the whole group to gather. There is a large big screen TV in the family room.  There is a large granite top island in the kitchen that makes it easy to serve meals to a large group. All of the bathrooms are new. The hall bath has a new tub with tile around it and a sliding glass door. The other two bathrooms have tile showers with sliding glass doors. There is blue tooth connections in the bathroom fans so you can listen to music. There are a large number of hooks in the bathrooms for towels and swim suits.  The outdoor shower has both cold and hot water on the side of the house when you come in from the beach. The laundry room is off of the kitchen area. 
The current bed configuration sleeps 18 including the pull out couch.  The bunk bedroom has large built in wood bunks that can sleep 4 adults easily and even more children.
